Passengers travelling through Mackay Airport will get the chance to try four new food and beverage outlets that will be officially opened in the Observation Deck tomorrow in the terminal at 10.30am.
Offering passengers a mix of options, the outlets will provide choice and something for everyone with a radically improved selection of food and beverage choices for passengers. Whether passengers want a snack on the go, a quick coffee, some tasty chips or a luxurious treat, the new options have something for everyone.
Mackay Airport’s Acting General Manager Adrian Miles said ‘We are thrilled to launch these four new food and beverage offerings. We want all our passengers to arrive excited and depart delighted.”
Passenger numbers at Mackay Airport have grown by ten percent over the past two years.

The new food and beverage outlets are operated by Cater Care, an Australian industry leader in catering. Their focus on fresh quality food is evident across the four new outlets. The Botanist Café Kitchen & Bar, Carlyle & River Café, Red Rooster and Boost all now offer something for every traveller’s taste and budget.
The Botanist Café Kitchen & Bar
