Ground Transport
A variety of ground transport operators are utilised to safely and effectively move customers to and from Mackay Airport facilities. These include, but are not limited to taxis, coaches, limousines and charter buses.

Meeting Room Facilities
Mackay Airport has meeting room facilities in its Administration Offices which are available for hire at the rate of $165 inc GST for a full day and $110 inc GST for a ˝ day
Two meeting rooms are available; a Boardroom which can accommodate and seat approximately 12 people and a Training Room can accommodate a maximum of 18 people.
Facilities included the use of whiteboard and boiling water and crockery for tea/coffee (tea/coffee/milk excluded)
Flavours Café, located in the terminal, caters for groups using the Airport meeting rooms and their friendly staff are happy to discuss the services and options available. More information »
